Siaya county CEC in charge of Tourism, sports and culture Eng. Adrian Ouma declares interest in Gem parliamentary seat. Engineer Adrian who previously worked so well in water department will be seeking to replace the incumbent Elisha Odhiambo.
Elisha’s tenure has been characterized with misuse of Constituency development fund with a case on going in Siaya law Court. Through Ondoa Nyasi in Gem, Engineer Adrian has managed to build 20 houses to the most deserving cases.
With form ones set to join on Monday Adrian is will sponsor ten student from poor background to undertake their secondary education. According to him Education is his priority number one having struggled to attain basic education.
Engineer joins the race with clean hands, boost of clean track record in all offices he has held and hopes to out do Dr Jalang’o Midiwo,Booker Ngesa and Jakoyo’s widow who are also in the race to replace Hon. Elisha Odhiambo.
