Bungoma Senator Moses Wetangula is a happy man following the latest decision by the Registrar of Political Parties Ms Ann Nderitu to dismiss the gazette notice that published Mr. Wamunyinyi as the new party boss.
The ouster was presided over by the Ford Kenya Secretary General Mr. Eseli Simiyu in collaboration with some members of the part’s National Executive Committee.
This new development implies that the recent “party coup” that saw him ousted as the party boss remains null and void if the decision of the Registrar of political parties is anything to go by.
It is alleged that having reclaimed his position as the party leader, the Bungoma senator is planning to take disciplinary actions against those who led the “coup” if they don’t apologize.
