The Independent Electoral Boundaries Commission (IEBC) cleared Prof George Luchiri Wajackoyah and his running mate Justina Wamae to vie for President of Kenya in the upcoming presidential election. He officially becomes the second Presidential aspirant after Umoja Summit flagbearer Walter Mon’gare to secure clearance from the polls body which had earlier denied him clearance for failing to raise the requisite 2,000 signatures per county in at least 24 counties.
IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati announced that Wajackoyah had managed to collect the requisite signatures. “We can now confirm that you have met the minimum requirements…we have accepted your nomination as a Presidential candidate for the 2022 General Election…congratulations,” Said Chebukati.
Wajackoyah who has promised to legalize bhang, or marijuana, if he were elected in August thanked the IEBC and the President Kenyatta. “Kenya is attaining the highest level of democracy, I want to thank the President for empowering this institution with the required resources to make it make proper determinations that are acceptable and that will go down as milestones of this country,” said the professor.
If elected President, Wajackoya and his running mate have promised to smoke Cannabis Sativa to banish ‘evil spirits’ from State House, Parliament, and the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC). He also promised to hang corrupt leaders in Uhuru Park.
