Kandara mourns the death of Hon PMG Njuguna Wa Ruth

Residents of Kandara constituency are mourning the popular Inooro TV Political Analyst PMG Njuguna Wa Ruth who died on Sunday afternoon.

Hon PMG Njuguna Wa Ruth was an energetic, independent and  a great brain who shared his unbiased political views without favoring any side.

PMG contested the Kandara parliamentary seat in 2012 and 2017 on a Jubilee ticket and lost the same to the incumbent member of parliament Hon Alice Wahome.

The late PMG will be remembered for fighting for Kandara community and coming up with a number of social programs aimed at uplifting the livelihoods of the community.

Further, PMG Njuguna wa Ruth will be remembered for the significant role he played in seeking compensation from Demonte for the residents of Murang’a county.

Generally, the late contributed a lot in social, economic and political matters not only of Murang’a county but also the entire country.

His death comes a few days after Juja member of parliament Francis Munyua Waititu popularly known as Wakapee passed on after a long battle with cancer.

The death of honorable Munyua Waititu was confirmed by his family members who revealed that he breathed his last at around 7.30 pm while being treated at the MP Shah Hospital.

Following his death, various leaders sent their heartfelt condolences to the late Francis Munyua Waititu Alias Wakapee.

On his side, the Gatundu member of parliament described him as one of those legislators who could defy all odds and openly assist him in his campaigns.

“Hon Francis Munyua Waititu ‘Wakapay’ was a very dear and close friend. When I vied for the Gatundu South seat in the 2014 by-elections Wakapay was the only sitting MP to defy all odds to come out and openly campaign for me.” Wrote Moses Kuria.

In the meantime, the family of PMG Njuguna Wa Ruth said that they will update the country on the funeral arrangements.
