Kisii Governor Simba Arati has described President William Ruto as a man with a good heart.
Speaking in Kisii during an event attended by President Ruto, Governor Arati said “I have just come to learn that President Ruto is not a vengeful person. he is actually a man with a good heart.
The Governor acknowledged Ruto as the President of the republic and promised to work with the government in bringing development to the area. “Politics aside, those who elected us into office deserve nothing less than development and improved service delivery. As leaders, we have agreed to walk the talk and deliver on our promise of turning around the economic fortunes of our people,” said Arati.
