Orange Democratic movement top legal advisors openly differed on the fate of BBI.
Siaya senator who is a close allie to former Prime minister Raila Odinga and Paul Mwangi who served as a co-secretary to the BBI task force openly disagreed, with Orengo calling for opening of BBI report for amendment while Mwangi maintaining that the report should be passed the way it is.
Raila is said to be siding with Paul Mwangi’s suggestionto pass the bill the way it is, with sources indicating that he has tasked Parliamentary leadership led by John Mbadi and junet Mohamed to ensure the bill is tabled as soon as possible
