Call for Change, Honourable Dorothy Owino Oinga calls for Change – Siaya

Under the dim morning light of Siaya, a determined voice rose above the murmurs of the gathered press. Honourable Dorothy Oinga popularly known as Doroh, stood before the Siaya Leaders Forum, her words sharp with urgency.

The air was thick with anticipation as he addressed the pressing need for political transformation in Siaya County.

“For too long, the people of Siaya have been neglected,”Doroh declared, her voice unwavering.

“Our roads are crumbling, our sewer systems are failing, and our leaders have turned a blind eye. Enough is enough!”

The crowd erupted in agreement, their frustrations echoing his sentiments. As an aspiring women representative in Siaya County Dorothy spent months walking through the County, listening to the grievances of residents.

From flooded streets due to broken drainage to impassable roads that turned into mud pits during the rainy season, the neglect was undeniable.

“The incumbent has failed us, “Doroh continued, her tone firm. “How can we sit back while our children wade through sewage to get to school? How can we accept leaders who only remember us during election season?”

Her message was clear Siaya needs a leader who would prioritize service over politics.

With Siaya political landscape shifting, Doroh call for reform resonated deeply.

She promised accountability, better infrastructure, and a government that truly served the people.

As the press conference concluded, murmurs of “Doroh Tosha!” filled the air.

The journey ahead was tough, but the people of Siaya were ready for change—and Dorothy Oinga was determined to lead that fight.
