Jonathan Mueke in Principal Secretaries’ position’s list

President William Ruto, during today’s function of appointing Principal Secretaries.


President William Ruto has today appointed Mr Jonathan Mueke as the new Principal Secretary for Sports and Arts.

Mr Mueke unsuccessfully contested Kitui gubernatorial seat, which went to Wiper’s Julius Malombe. Jonathan Mweke was with UDA party, which is headed by President William Ruto.

Jonathan Mueke came into political limelight in 2013, when he deputized Evans Kidero of ODM. In 2017, he again deputized Dr Kidero, but this time round, the pair was defeated by Jubilee’s Mike Sonko.
