Advocate Joshua Nyamori has asked Kenyans not to judge suspected school arsonist, he has called for internal disciplinary action and prosecution of the suspects.
Nyamori asked the courts to treat the students as minors in conflicts with the law.
He called fellow advocates and international organization to offer the suspects with mental and probono legal assistance.
His comments comes amidst fire outbreaks in secondary school, in the last couple of months more than twenty schools has been razed down.
