Former Kenyan Prime Minister has sent a message of gratitude to Africa after participating in the Mjadala Africa debate for the race to elect a new Chairperson of the Africa Union. The full message from Mr. Odinga is posted below;
“Good evening Africa, I am delighted to have had the opportunity to address you, the great people of this continent on this special occasion; the Mjadala Afrika. As I have said before, I am ready to serve my continent! From the outset,
I would like to pass my sincere gratitude to the African Union for convening such an innovative and constructive platform for a meaningful dialogue and for the rare opportunity to engage with fellow candidates and the African people.
appreciate the moderators for their impartiality, and my fellow contestants for objectivity and enriching the discussions. Further, I wish to convey my heartfelt appreciation to the African Union Executive Council,
