Speaking in kisumu during an event organized by kisumu county government, former prime minister Raila Odinga advocated for six piece voting as the only hope for the region.
Raila said he needed numbers to push for his agenda in parliament hence the need to have as many members as possible.
Raila’s statement come days after leaders of small parties from the region asked the luo Nyanza fraternity to think beyond odm and elect individuals not party.
