Lady justice Hedwing Ong’udi has ruled that embattled lawyer Miguna Miguna be issued with an emergency travel document to facilitate his travel. The Magistrate Also made made it clear to the petitioner that national id is not a travel document
Court Orders
- Be issued with emergency travel doc by Kenya Embassy in Berlin in 72 hours
- Air France to board him upon presentation of travel doc
- Immigration to allow him enter Kenya using his ID
- Immigration to issue him passport within 7 days of entry.
Miguna has welcomed the rulling and promised to visit Kenyan embacy in Barlin in the next 2hrs.
