
Israel has launched new attacks on Iran’s leadership compound in Tehran, targeting the presidential office. The Israeli military reports that its air force struck key locations, including the Supreme National Security Council, and hit a military training institution along with other critical regime infrastructure.
The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) noted that the compound previously used by former Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was among the targets. Khamenei was reportedly killed in US-Israeli strikes at his compound over the weekend.
A reporter in Tehran claims that “every part” of the city has experienced bombardment since Saturday. Meanwhile, BBC Verify has assessed damage at a nuclear site in Natanz. The Red Crescent reports that the death toll from the ongoing US-Israeli attacks has reached 787.
In response, Israel’s defense minister announced that ground troops will advance to secure strategic areas in Lebanon to prevent further attacks on Israel. Additionally, the US embassy in Riyadh was targeted by two drones believed to be from Iran.

In Lebanon, the Israeli military’s Arab media spokesperson, Avichay Adraee, issued evacuation warnings for over 80 towns, urging residents to leave their homes and move at least 1,000 meters away from specified areas. He cautioned that proximity to Iran-backed Hezbollah elements poses a significant risk to life.
