Former Ugenya aspirant who is also the Country Director of the Global Peace Foundation Kenya Hon. Daniel Juma Omondi has lost his mother-in-law.
Mama Reginah Kavenya Mutuku was found dead at her Nairobi home on 4th October 2022.
A postmoterm done by government pathologist Dr. Johansen Oduor revealed she died from a blood clot following complications from Uterine Cancer.
Mama Regina was the wife to the late Patrick Mutuku Mwilu, daughter to the late David Nzwii Mumo and late Rhoda Nzwii.
She was sister to Rose Ndunge, Boniface Nzioki, Kaluki Hassan, the late Francis Muasa, late Jonah Kioko, late Agnes Muloko, late Josephine Wavinya, late Isaac Mutua, late Veronica Nzisa & late Mutinda Nzwii. She is mother to Elizabeth Mutuku of Emirates airline, Catherine Mutuku of Kenya airways & Mary Nduku of NGO I LOVE AFRICA.
She was mother in law to Daniel Juma Omondi, Benard Oguna and Joseph Muteti.She was aunt to Many and Grandmother to Henry Mutuku Omondi, Regina Kavenya Omondi, the late baby Selina ojode., Patrick Kwadi, Mark Wanywa, Joseph Mukasa, Alphonse Muteti and Regina Mueni
The requiem mass will be at the HOLY FAMILY BASILICA on Wednesday at 2.30pm. Funeral arrangements are ongoing at her residence in Fedha Estate Gate 2, Simba Lane House number 1583, the second last house on the right.Arrangements are also ongoing at her home in Kusyomuomo.
There will be a fundraising on Tuesday at the Garden Square from 5pm.
The body will leave Montezuma on 14th October (Friday) 2022 at 6AM for the final send off at Kikandu Village, Kusyomuomo Market, Machakos county as from 10 am.
May the Lord rest her soul in eternal peace.
