“All Kenyans are Shareholders” Kuria now tells Gachagua

Trade and Industry Cabinet Secretary Moses Kuria has told Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua that all Kenyans are shareholders in the national government and are contributing significantly to the success of the country.

Speaking in Siaya county at the ground-breaking ceremony for the construction of a County Aggregation and Industrial Park, Kuria said all counties are contributing to the overall development of the country and no part of Kenya should be profiled.

Hi statement was rather a belated response to the sentiments the Deputy President who has been fronting the ideology of a government of shareholders. During the event, Kuria who did not accompany President William Ruto to the ongoing United National General Assembly in New York was accompanied by Siaya Governor James Orengo, KNCCI Nyanza Chapter National Director Ken Onditi , and Anna Ooko Business Development Manager KDC amongst other leaders.

The CS later visited the Nambole General Trade a local manufacturer of barbed wire, chain links, & nails in Siaya County. He said with the completion of these CAIPs, such and many more of our local investors will benefit hugely with the infrastructure that will be deployed in the industrial parks and be able to produce at higher scales.
