The newly elected South Gem Ward Member of Siaya County Assembly, Hon. Brian Chieng’ Anyango Obiero was on Wednesday 8th February sworn into office by Speaker George Okode. He was escorted to take his oath of office by North Gem MCA Hon. Philip Oluoch Abuba and nominated MCA Hon.
