Siaya Senator and Minority Leader James Orengo has accused civil servants within the Office of the President of working behind the scene to determine who becomes the country’s president in 2022.
Orengo blamed the civil servants for the chaotic scenes during the just ended Matungu and Kabuchai by-elections. “On a day of elections there should be total peace, and whereas Harambee House likes condemning politicians, this time round I’m condemning the administration, the people in Harambee House and the police,” he said.
Orengo also spoke of an alleged plot to sideline ODM party leader Raila Odinga from the BBI process as well as from 2022 succession talk. See the video below for more.
