In the letter written to from the Ministry of Education, the PS said that it had directed it’s letter to both public and private universities Vice Chancellors (VCs) in Kenya so that everyone may have equal opportunities.

The letter further explained that online application for the aforementioned educational opportunities was opened on September 6, 2022, and will close on October 18, 2022, at 5pm.
“The purpose of this letter is to request you to pass the information on the attached advertisement to interested persons to apply,” Nabukwesi said.
