STATEMENT ON POLITICAL INTOLERANCE WITNESSED IN MIGORI COUNTY DURING THE VISIT OF HON.JIMMY WANJIGI.
I condemn in the strongest terms possible the unfortunate fracas witnessed during the visit of Jimmy Wanjigi who is an ODM Party Presidential nominee hopeful.
There are indications that enemies of ODM within and out of our beloved county want to taint and devour the image and moral rectitude of the party.This is barbaric and backward in this era.
On behalf of Migori county residents,I wish to emphatically assure Hon.Jimmy Wanjigi,other leaders and Parties that ODM party doesn’t condone acts of hooliganism as exhibited in our county today.The ODM Party supporters in Migori are always peaceful,accommodative,welcoming and hospitable to everyone who would wish to visit them.
