Former Interiors Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiangi has moved to court seeking anticipatory bail after reports that police raided his home on the 9th of January.
He argues through his lawyer Danstan Omari that he is under imminent arrest by the police and is justifiably apprehensive that his constitutional rights may be violated.
