Chelsea FC have confirmed the sacking of manager Frank Lampard following the club’s poor performance that has seen them drop significant points.
The update was broken by Chelsea FC twitter page which announced that the club had made a resolution to part ways with the head coach.
Roman Abramovic noted that it was the right time to let him go and change the management due to the current circumstances. He however thanked Lampard for his contribution to the club and wished him the very best in his future endeavors.
