The Azimio One Kenya Coalition today attended a church service at the Jesus Teaching Ministry in Embakasi East.

The leaders led by former Prime Minister Raila Odinga included his running mate Martha Karua and Wiper leader Steven Kalonzo Musyoka and Legislators Babu Owino Phelix Odiwuor, Tim Wanyonyi among others.

The Azimio leaders who have rejected the declaration of Deputy President William Ruto as President Elect are expected to lodge a petition at the Supreme Court of Kenya on 22ns August 2022 after which the case will be heard for 7 days.

The Executive Director of Raila Oding’as Orange Democratic Movement has said in his op-ed in the Standard newspaper that a key bone of contention expected to feature in the apex court is whether the IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati disregarded the constitution by his unilateral announcement of results without the concurrence of all the commissioners – the plenary.
