Emmanuel Owiti Owayo know by Facebook name Dr Owiti Owayo who is currently in police custody is pleading with well-wishers to help him raise police cash bail.
Owayo was arrested on 17th August by DCI officials after he made a post threatening interior CS Fred Matiang’i through his weekly posts “poison pen”.
Owayo who unsuccessfully vied for Kibra parliamentary seat requires one hundred thousand to be released on cash bail.
His case is slated for mention on 7th October at the Kiambu law courts
