Ford Kenya candidate Majimbo Kalasinga was this morning declared winner of the just ended Kabuchai Constituency by-elections by the IEBC. Kalasinga garnered 19, 274 votes beating his closest rival UDA candidate Evans Kakai who came second with 6,455 votes. Federal Party of Kenya's Amos Wekesa came a distant third
