New 15bn project for the Youth.
More than 170,000 are set to benefit from a 15 billion government project under the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology, aimed at equipping them with ICT skills to enable them secure employment and earn livelihoods. The project also offers an opportunity for grants to set up businesses. An estimated 32,000
