President William Ruto on Friday told Azimio leader Raila Odinga to stop inciting his supporters against his government. The President decried the mass protests that has led to destruction of property in various parts of the country.
Speaking during the launch of the public service internship programme and acknowledgement of the public service emerging leaders fellowship programme in Nairobi, the head of state said the demonstrations continue to undermine the constitution and called on Odinga, who is leading the protests, to abide by the law.
Ruto said the bi-weekly weekly protests by the opposition coalition are undermining the constitution and faulted the planners for allegedly overseeing looting and destruction of property.
