Kenya National Examination Council KNEC secretary Mr. Nabiki Kesho on Wednesday 27/10/2021 told Magistrate Felix Kombo that Kapseret Legislature never sat for or registered for KCSE in 2006 as claimed.
Nabiki said that the year Sudi is said to have sat for KCSE at Highland secondary the school was not yet established, he further stated that the index number Sudi used belonged to Parkland secondary.
The no nonsense law maker is also facing charges for forging certificate at Kenya institute of management.
Should sudi be found guilty he risk loosing his seat on integrity grounds.
