I will not hand over power to an enemy of the Teso Ojamoong declares

Busia governor Sospeter Odeke Ojamoong who is finishing his second term in 2022 is not quitting politics soon, he has revived war against his perceived enemies.

In a statement seen to Target former sports minister Paul Otuoma who was his greatest rival in 2017 Ojamoong asked the Teso community to wait for his direction at the right time.

Ojamoong’s Busia county has being accused of massive corruption, nepotism and underdevelopment. Ojamoong on his side accuse Nairobi based bloggers of peddling rumours.

Ojamoong brags of the modern equipment at Busia County Hospital and good roads.

Otuoma in response said that the power on who becomes the next Busia governor belongs to the people.

Sources indicate that Ojamoong is grooming his deputy Mulomi to succeed him, others on the race are Sakwa Bunyasi,Florence Mutual, Meso, Susan Mang’eni and Amos Wako.
